Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at haloufi@ashayastore.com (replace with your email). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
